Tis' the Season of Giving in Frederick, Md

In the season of giving, Kingsbrook Animal Hospital has continued to donate to Frederick Country Animal Shelter through YOUR gracious donations provided to the Kylie & Cricket Memorial Fund.

The Kylie & Cricket Memorial Fund is a non-profit fund that works to help homeless animals in the Frederick, Maryland community. The fund was started in memory of 2 dogs who lost their lives in a house fire. With your donations, their memory continues to live on.

Kingsbrook Animal Hospital reached out the Frederick Country Animal Shelter to find out what items were most needed. We had so much fun shopping and deciding what to donate! Some of these items may not sound exciting, but they are essential for keeping homeless animals safe and fed.

Here's what we were able to donate this season:

  60 Towels

12 bags Unscented Clay Kitty Litter

  20 bottles of Bleach

2 large bags of Purina One Dry Dog Chow  (Which was so graciously donated to us by our friends at Purina One)

There are lots of ways to give back to our local Frederick community. Dropping off needed materials to a shelter, adopting an animal in need of a safe home, or donating to the Kylie and Cricket Memorial Fund are just a few ways to help. If you would like more information, check out the Frederick County Animal Control HERE, or reach out to Kingsbrook Animal Hospital to learn more about the Kylie & Cricket Fund.

With your help, we can continue giving back to the Frederick Community!
